This notice covers rxofficially.com, our public website. It does not cover the pharmacy apps and portals we run for pharmacies. Those are provided on behalf of each pharmacy, and the pharmacy's own notice of privacy practices explains how your health information is used.

What we collect on this website

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not ask you to create an account. Our servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and working. If you email us, we receive the details you choose to send.

How we use it

We use this information to run and protect the website and to reply to you. We do not sell your information.

Patient information

Patient information handled in RxOfficially on behalf of a pharmacy is protected under the agreements we have with that pharmacy and the laws that apply to it, including HIPAA. Please contact your pharmacy with questions about your records.
